syspass — PHP, installable (Docker, standalone); questionable security model; extensive initial setup (there are no default policies and so on); confisung terminology (the use of the term “account” is quite contradictory and leads to misunderstanding)

Tested and tried

Passbolt — installable (Docker); requires browser extension which basically makes it unusable
Psono — requires public domain name and public access
